Hi Yall!

I’m Jaley.
A western lifestyle and wedding photographer based in Denver, Colorado.
I’m not just your photographer, I’m your hype girl, creative co-pilot, and personal stress-buster all rolled into one. My goal? To make you feel like the best, most authentic version of yourself in front of the camera.
With me, it’s all about keeping things relaxed, fun, and true to you. Whether I’m cracking a joke, tossing out prompts, or handing your horse a treat, I’m here to help you forget the camera and just live in the moment.
Why I Do What I Do
My story with photography started when my grandpa — a professional photographer — gave me one of his old cameras. I grew up photographing horses at local events, learning how to find beauty in the grit and the everyday.
But the biggest reason I do this? My own wedding photos.
I know what it feels like to lose moments you can’t get back. My photographer didn’t deliver everything we’d planned, and it broke my heart. That experience fuels everything I do now, making sure every couple gets their story captured fully, honestly, and beautifully.
Your story deserves to be preserved, and I’ll be there to document it with care and intention.
What I Believe
This lifestyle isn’t a trend, it’s how I was raised.
I know what it means to earn trust, whether from a mare or a person. I know the beauty of tradition, the value of hard work, and the way love shows up in the little things.
I photograph people who are proud of their story, who want their land, love, legacy, and lifestyle honored honestly, not filtered through a Pinterest checklist.
My work is true-to-color, storytelling-driven, and grounded in moments that mean something.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
I’m a people-pleaser in the best way. If you need quiet space, I’ll hang back. If you’re chatting, I’m chatting. Either way, I’m always present, capturing what matters (and probably calling your mama “ma’am”).
I’ll hike for the good light. I’ll absolutely photograph your horse (and bring treats). I’ll help you feel at home in front of the camera, even if it’s your first time.
And when you get your gallery, it’ll feel so you it might just take your breath away.
A Couple Things About Me:

- Married young, wouldn’t change a thing
- Iced coffee lover (brown sugar latte at home, iced Irish Cream coffee from Aroma Joe’s when out)
- Bookworm with chaotic reading habits, 5 in 5 days or none in 5 months
- I'll wear boots until they fall apart (I wore the same pair of boots from the time I was 12 to 20 and only got new ones because I blew holes in the old ones due to hiking while working as a trail guide)
- Worked as a trail guide in Rocky Mountain National Park for a summer where I helped cared for 45+ horses, we were up at 5am and didn't finish the day until 6:30pm (literally the best summer ever)
- My spurs? They belonged to my grandpa
- Ravenclaw forever
- Most at home in leggings, a hoodie and blanket while editing and probably watching Heartland (Yes, I know its no where close to real life).

Let's document your story

I believe every client deserves to feel loved and celebrated. You’ll notice it in the way I talk to your grandma, the little things that show up after your session, and the way your story is treated like it matters. Because it does.
